FAQ
THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
- All ring sizes are based on US ring sizing. A standard narrow band sizer should be used. You will get the best results from a jeweler. I do not recommend plastic belt sizers or paper. These deform around the finger yielding an incorrect ring size.
- If you cannot go to a jeweler, I recommend sending for a sizer from Blue Nile. They have the best track record.
- Ready-to-ship and Made-to-order earrings may be returned. Contact me within 14 days after receiving the item.
- Made-to-size rings: Refunds and exchanges are not accepted (unless it is a case of product defect), but we are devoted to customer satisfaction and will work our best with you to sort out any issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on wrong size. Please know your ring size before ordering and read product descriptions carefully.
- All Sale items are Final Sale so cannot be returned.
Yes, to most countries. Shipping charges vary by country and courier. The customer is responsible for VAT (and other charges), can decided whether/the amount they wish to insure the package.
Yes, I create custom pieces. My standard policy is that once a design is decided on the customer pays 1/2 the total price as a deposit to begin the piece(s). After the custom piece is finished I will send pictures to the customer for approval. The balance is due before shipping. If you decide the piece is not what you'd hoped for, I will refund your deposit. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for me to create your custom piece.
- All silver is purchased from US-based companies. Most of the silver I use is recycled. I don't usually work in gold, but when I do it's also from recycled sources.
- I purchase stones from all over the world. I try to purchase directly from artisans where a stone is mined. For example, opalized petrified wood is only found in Indonesia. I source all my opalwood stones from two lapidary artists in the region. My American turquoise is sourced from US lapidary artists.
