All pieces are shipped well protected and arrive in a box ready for gifting.
Processing times vary:

All ready to ship items within 2 business days after I receive your order.

Made-to-order items state the processing time in the description (5-10 business days depending on the piece).
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges:

Ready-to-ship items and made-to-order earrings may be returned for store credit or refund. You have 14 days from the delivery of your package to request a return. Items must be in original, unworn condition to be eligible for a return or exchange. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Made to size rings: Refunds and exchanges are not accepted (unless it is a case of product defect), but we are devoted to customer satisfaction and will work our best with you to sort out any issues. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on wrong size- please know your ring size before ordering and read product descriptions carefully.
